At Beanies by Elyk, customer satisfaction is top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only issued if your order is not delivered due to an error on our part (such as shipping to the wrong address when the address provided was correct).

• Beanies by Elyk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Returns & Partial Refunds

• If you wish to return an unused item that has already been shipped and delivered, you may do so. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, you will receive a partial refund ( % of original cost minus shipping and handling fees).

• To be eligible for a partial refund, the return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
