Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed during holidays or due to postal service issues beyond our control.

Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Beanies by Elyk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may request a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs) or pay for re-shipment.
